Shelly is one of 3 puppies that appeared in February 2018 at the shelter. One sister, Jess has been adopted by the Israeli Ambassador and one, Wusha (renamed Durga), has been adopted by Catharina from The Netherlands. Shelly has gone to Toronto in Canada.
