Shambu arrived from Swayambu in a taxi with two men one day. He was a small, timid, tan dog in poor condition. The men left Shambu in our care, promising to pick up him up and return him to his place in the community when he was well. After a few months of good feeding and care, Shambu was well enough to return to Swayambu. Unfortunately, the two men had not written down the correct phone number, so they were not contactable. So Shambu remained with us. He is an old dog of about 10 years. He is quiet and gentle, and fits in well with the other dogs in the shelter.
