Peni

Peni was brought in from near Kopan Monastery at about the same time as Amitabha in December 2016. She was a tiny hairless pup – the offspring of an owned dog that also had severe mange. It was thought best to take her into care rather than leave her in the community in that condition. She was successfully treated at the shelter. Peni has a lovely nature. She has a beautiful creamy coat and has some resemblance to a Labrador. She is a gentle, compliant girl, who would make an excellent home dog in a family with children.

On arrival December 2016
Peni was brought in as a mangy pup, and now developed into a sweet lady. She is very easygoing, never stressed, and very sociable.
Peni has a sponsor, but would love to have a forever home. She’s a medium sized dog of around 15kg.
