Kanchi was found in Alashi Dara acting strangely on 7 May 2021 and taken straight to Animal Medical Centre, where a diagnoses of possibly rabies was determined. So she was taken back to our centre for observation – if it was rabies, she would probably die within 2 or 3 days. Kanchi was in poor shape and having fits at times and stopped eating and drinking, so it was no surprise when she died on 9 May 2021.
