Kali was picked up from Adhikari Chowk on 29 September 2020 suffering from a fractured pelvis. In January 2021 when she was recovered and able to walk, she was spayed. Sasha and Somi who had brought her to our attention payed for the operation. After returning home, she developed n serious infection in a hind leg, came back to the centre and then had her leg amputated by Dr Sushil. Then again in June she came back to the centre with an infected tail. This healed and she was returned home again in July 2021.
