Kumari

Kumari spent her remaining time at CDWK after many years on the street. She used to live on the street with her mum, who recently passed away. Kumari was very timid, but she enjoyed getting regular food, and she even started to let people pet her! Kumari was sponsored by Elinor Higgs.

Heidi

Heidi looks a little like a golden retriever while she lies down, but her stubby legs betray her once she gets up. Heidi loves human attention, but she doesn’t appreciate dog attention too much. Nosey

Nosey arrived in November 2014 with a huge tumor on his nose that blocked his nostrils. Even after he recovered following a course of chemotherapy, you could still see the scars of the fistulas that formed close to his eyes. After fully recovering, he enjoyed his remaining years at CDWK.

Anjani

Update: Anjani died in December 2017 Old Anjani was on palliative care due to her old age. She received saline and blended food in a syringe, or biscuits – whatever she liked. She deserved this for the end of her life after a hard life on the street.
